1. If you refer someone to Legend Auto Sales ("Legend") and they purchase a car from Legend you will receive a $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollar) referral fee.
2. To qualify, the person you refer (the "referred party") must notify their salesperson and complete a "Referral Form" indicating that they have been referred by you prior to entering into negotiations for the purchase of a vehicle.
3. In the event that the referred party's vehicle purchase is conditioned upon Legend's future acceptance within the meaning of RCW 46.70.180(4), qualifying referral fees shall be payable to the referring party no earlier than the date Legend receives funding from the lender for the referred party's purchase and not later than 30 days after the purchase. In the event Legend, in its sole discretion, elects to become the lender on the purchase transaction, qualifying referral fees shall be payable no earlier than the date of Legend's unconditional acceptance.
