All pre-owned or certified vehicles are used. All vehicles are one of each and are subject to prior sale. All financing is subject to credit approval. Purchase price is conditional upon vehicle being titled in Washington state. No sale is final or binding until buyer and dealer execute a written purchase agreement. All transactions are negotiable, including price, trade-in allowance, implied warranties or waivers of implied warranties, interest rate (of which the dealer may retain a portion), and the negotiable documentary service fee.
