<sup>Legend Auto Sales 17th Anniversary Free Drawing Contest Official Rules Updated July 21, 2026 Contest Sponsor and Promoter; Contestant Agreement. Legend Auto Sales, Inc. (the “Dealership”) is the sponsor and promoter for this promotional contest of chance for an opportunity to receive one (1) Grand Prize as described below (the “Contest” or the “Event”). All entry and eligibility activity for the Contest must occur at Dealership’s locations at 14650 1st Ave. S., Burien, WA 98168 or 400 River Rd. Puyallup, Washington 98371 (“Participating Dealership Locations”). Unless otherwise stated in these rules, “Dealership” includes Dealership and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, insurers, sureties, agents, attorneys, successors, and assigns. 2. Eligibility Dates and Deadlines. The Contest will be open from August 1, 2026 until August 31, 2026. All entries must be submitted no later than 8:00 p.m. on August 31, 2026. 3. No Purchase Necessary; Entry Procedures; Additional Entries. No purchase necessary to enter the Contest. Eligible contestants will receive one (1) entry at no charge by visiting one of the Participating Dealership Locations. Eligible contestants will receive twenty (20) additional entries for any vehicle an eligible contestant sells or trades in to Dealership no later than the Contest Deadline and forty (40) additional entries for each vehicle an eligible contestant purchases from Dealership no later than the Contest Deadline. For clarification, an eligible contestant who both trades-in a vehicle and purchases a vehicle from Dealership no later than Contest Deadline will receive a total sum of sixty (60) additional entries. Any unauthorized entries will disqualify contestant. In the event of a disqualification, Dealership may select a new eligible winner from the eligible entries. 4. Eligibility Requirements. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry; must be a resident of Washington state; and must be a legal U.S. resident. Dealership employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Contest is offered only in Washington state. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. 5. Prizes and Odds of Winning. The following prize will be awarded to the eligible winning contestant: one (1) grand prize of $5,000 payable by check. The grand prize has a retail value of $5,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. 6. Date and Method of Selection of Winners. Winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be held at Participating Dealership’s Puyallup location on September 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. A Dealership representative will draw the winning entry from all eligible entries. The eligible winning contestant does not need to be present to win. The eligible winning contestant will be notified by phone, e-mail or text message no later than five (5) days after the drawing. If the eligible winning contestant does not respond within ten (10) days following notification, or in the event any contestant is deemed ineligible, a new winner will be selected through a secondary drawing to determine the winner of the prize. The Dealership will make the final determination regarding eligibility of any contestant and any procedure for selecting an alternate winning contestant, in Dealership’s sole discretion. 7. List of Winners. Any person may request a list of the winner by mailing a request along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Legend Auto Sales, Inc. Attn: Contest Coordinator, 1632 River Rd. Puyallup, Washington. 98371. The name of the eligible winning contestant will be available no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the drawing and will be available for one (1) year following the date of the drawing. 8. Conditions of Participation. By entering the Contest, all contestants are agreeing to these official rules and to the selection procedure set forth in these official rules. Contestants agree to release, indemnify, and hold Dealership harmless from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action relating in any way to the Contest, including any claims, demands, and causes of action relating to the Contest procedure or relating in any way to Dealership’s inability to contact a selected winner within the designated time period. By entering Contest, all contestants are further authorizing and consenting to Dealership’s disclosure and use of a winning contestant’s name and likeness in advertising or other promotional materials. The Event may be audio and video recorded. Any Contestant attending the event consents to any audio or video recording of the Contestant and further consents to Dealership or any other affiliated party’s use of any recordings or photographs of Contestant for promotional or other purposes. Any violation of these official rules will result in disqualification. 9. Authorize to Use Contact Information for Marketing Purposes. By entering Contest, all contestants are expressly authorizing Dealership to use the contestant’s contact information for Dealership’s business purposes, including contacting contestant by mail, telephone (including mobile phones), e-mail, or electronic text messages regarding the Dealership’s commercial, promotions, or advertising purposes 10. Taxes and fees. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Dealership may submit appropriate tax disclosures to the Internal Revenue Service and other appropriate taxing agencies. All winners will be required to complete and sign a W-9 form and will receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc. as a condition to receiving the prize. 11. Suspension or Termination of Contest. Dealership reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest or cancel or reschedule the Event at Dealership’s sole discretion. If the Event is canceled or rescheduled, winning participant will not be entitled to any compensation.
